The 22nd Mech are a part of 2nd Armoured Brigade in the 2nd Infantry Division of the BEF and are represented by players from mainly Europe and the United States.

About 22nd Mechanized Infantry
A large squad dedicated to teamwork and friendship. We pride ourselves on getting jobs done whether it is defending forward bases or launching combined arm attacks on towns.
22nd Mech are usually the first into battle and last to leave, we cover all branches Air, Navy, Armour and Infantry and the squad is broken down into specific roles.

Squad History
22nd Mech was started in 2004 to accommodate the type of player that wanted to improve their teamwork capabilities, Szyporyn the founder of the squad, put together the Training Corps and began training players who joined to work as an autonomous unit combining each branch so that Armour helps Infantry helps Armour and so on. The squad also boasts many HC Officers in the squad (thesarg, blipoop, warpigg1, k1ng, gillen12, sres) and has also spawned a number of sister squads including Princess Irene Brigade and The Royal Green Jackets
