A lot has changed regarding how Brigades are managed now.

You can Join a brigade from the map!

HC staff can nominate any brigade member to be the Officer In Charge.

There is a new High Command Control Panel for HCs and OICs.

Dot Commands For Moving Brigades is Gone!
