Creating an Account

Getting Started

To create an account for WWII Online: Battleground Europe, go to our page and click Getting Started

Please review the information presented there and choose your Country and Preferred Language from the choices available.

Choose Your Account

For new accounts, follow the link from Create New Account.

Enter a Member Name and Personal Information

Next, choose a member name. This is often also referred to as a "username" or "login name." This is not the name you will have in game. Please choose a member name that others will not guess and write it down for you records.

Choose a secure password. Please also write it down for you records and keep that information safe.

Then enter the rest of the required information. Make sure you enter valid information. This will help us serve you in the future.

Note about email addresses:

Please note that email is our primary means of contacting you so it is of vital importance that you enter a valid email address. Also, you should make sure that you can receive email from "playnet.com" addresses. Please record the email address you use along with the member name and password you use in creating your account.

Read the Terms of Service

It is important that you review the Terms of Service and agree to them before going any further. If you do not agree, please, stop the account creation there. If you do agree and go forward, you are promising Playnet that you are over the age of 13 and you agree to the Terms of Service.

Review Your Information

On the next screen, make sure that the information listed is correct. If satisfied, click Create Account. This does not create your subscription or trial - it is only an "account" that can login to the account pages and the support system.

Choosing a Subscription

Now that you have an account, that account needs to have a subscription. The next screens will guide you through this process.

If you have an Activation Key, enter it here. Otherwise, click Next.

Choose a Game Name

This is the name that you will be known by in the game and in the forums. Since you read the Terms of Service, you should already known that some times of game names are not acceptable.

If a friend referred you to the game, please also enter his game name.

Choose Your Payment Plan

Subscriptions are available in various lengths of time: 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year.

(We also have special Builder Subscriptions available in terms of 1 year, 5 year and Lifetime Subscriptions.)

You must choose a subscription period of at least three months to use any of the Offline Billing methods we offer.
