Welcome to the incredible world of Battleground Europe: World War 2 Online!

This is an MMO type game encompassing land, air and sea action that could be classified as a "Simulation", "RPG", "FPS", or just "spectacular"!

Like any game you will need to take time to learn how to play it.
Fortunately there is lots of helpful players in game and guides to help you play, this Wiki being an excellent start. Once you get comfortable with the game, check out the tips and tricks page to get some pointers.
Best of all, there is a separate Training Server with reduced damage, so you can be hit more.

System requirements are not high and a mouse will be enough for some vehicles, but for flying a joystick is highly recommended.

Some notes to start off with:

Read and understand how to use the Chat / Radio first. This will help you communicate with other players and ask for help.

Teamwork is also a major part of the game, and everyone is looking to make new friends, and you have many "Squads" to choose from!

Because of potential abuse and unruly players this game does not have "Friendly Fire". You cannot kill anyone on your own side. Except for this, this game is the closest to a true full scale war sim ever produced.

Starting out as a new Recruit you have limited access to units, but it is easy to rank up and get better units. Being a truck driver and setting up an MSP is one of the best ways rapidly make rank and be a VERY popular soldier!

This game is also progressive, as the time in game passes you get access to more equipment.

Most important of all, this game is extremely rich and dynamic and will take a little time to learn it all and rank up. But once you have learned the ropes you will find this sim is truly "spectacular".
