When all AB's and CO's in a CP are captured, then control of the CP changes hands. Hmm. Sres added the "and CO's" to this... I'm suddenly fuzzy on which portion is control, and which portion is ownership.

Is ownership what changes when the AB's alone are all switched over, and then control is what switches when the CP is uncontested (and turns the supply spigot on)? Can we get a clarification on the exact terms from the Rats? --Krenn 13:30, 14 July 2006 (CDT)
