Talk:Pistolet automatique mle 1935S
From Battleground Europe Wiki
Ack, "Pistolet" is correct? I've got a lot of manual and unit briefing changes to fix. Bloo
- "Pistole" does exist, but is not used in modern French to designate a firearm. It's one of those traps between French and German (like "Adjudant" versus "Adjutant"). Pachy 02:45, 15 December 2006 (CST)

exact variant we use
BTW, I think we now have the PA mle 35A (designed by SACM) not the PA mle 35S (designed by the Manufacture d'armes de St-Etienne) anymore. It's not a big deal, as the differences are cosmetic, the functionality is entirely the same: ammo, magazine capacity, etc. A good way to tell one from the other is that the rear part of S's grip is straight whereas A's is curved.
