I think a Support category might be best, with each section broken out (Accounts, Billing, Performance, Connections, etc.) Bloo

Email or Ticket?

What is the preferred "get help" method? I know that quite often in the forums folks are told to email Bloo or Rafter, but that's really a sub-optimal method for organizing work. :) Should they instead be directed to open a support ticket? --Krenn 01:04, 25 September 2006 (CDT)

Support tickets are preferred generally. Email is just more convenient sometimes for during the week (as opposed to the weekend). Also, if we need an attachment like a netcheck.txt or dxdiag file, those are usually easier to read in email. Bloo 10:42, 25 September 2006 (CDT)
