What is my video or sound card?

The make and software version of the video and sound card is an important factor in the performance of World War II Online (and every other game also). To find this information, follow the bellow instructions.

Video Card

For Windows Users

Windows 98, 2000, or XP

Click on the Start menu, go to Settings, then to Control Panel. A new window will appear. Click on Display. Go to the Settings tab and then click on Advanced. This will display video card information including driver information. It would be found in the adapter tab.

Another option is to right click on the desktop. This will bring you to the Display panel.




Sound Card

For Windows Users

Windows 98, 2000, or XP

Click on the Start menu, go to Programs. Go to Accessories and then to System Tools and then click on System Information. Within the System Information window, click the + symbol next to Components. Click on Sound Device (in some systems it may be Multimedia and then sound device) and in the right-side of the window there should be information about your sound card.
