			We had to rollback a file where code cleanup occurred in an effort to reduce additional memory leaks that was preventing users from being able to click and join missions.

Version 1.38.4.0 marks an important quality of life upgrade for mission leaders, game balance and overall gameplay. The Open Beta process proved its worth by identifying a major memory leak (which is now resolved) and a server crash which was cleaned up.

Bomber pilots will be pleased to know that their bombs should be working back to full functionality prior, and you should no longer see bomb explosions in the sky / under the belly of an aircraft.

			This patch restores the highly sought after "mission target change", which enables mission leaders to change their target on missions dynamically as the battlefield needs require.

			We've also made scaling capture timers 1:1, meaning if an 10% population imbalance exists, overpop has 10% slower capture timers, and underpop has 10% faster capture timers. This scales from 1-100% now.

			Both items are 2026 Roadmap Deliveries!

			* Internally stored bombs no longer collide with aircraft on release.
			* Third person now renders and receives bombs accurately.
			* Single Garrisons have their "dot" restored on the game map.
			* Buzzard & Skull units now show up at the bottom of supply list(s).
			* Destroyer STO rounds reverted to vehicle target render range (up to 6000m).
