Account Pages

Your account management page can be reached from the main WW2OL page via the menu on the left-hand side. Open "Help & Account Info", then "Your account", then "Manage your account".

No Account Email Received

Some mail servers block mail generated by our system. This is most common at the time of account creation. Most of the information sent via email is also available in your Account pages.

Login Problem

Can't Login

Check your Caps Lock key. Yes, of course you already checked it, but just in case.

Verify that your credit card has not expired or that you were properly billed for this cycle - if a billing run was unable to charge your card, you won't be able to log in.

Password Reset

If you have forgotten the password to your account, you can reset it on the main website. Just follow the links on the left menu: Help & Account Info -> Your Account -> Reset Your Password

You will be asked for a few pieces of information, then your password will be changed. The new password will be displayed on the page, and you will also receive an email.

If you don't remember enough information, please submit a support request ticket at the Support site.

Invalid Activation Key

Q. When I enter the key found in the cd-case the website keeps telling me that it's invalid.

A. If you find yourself with an invalid activation key, this could for example be caused by a misprint at the publisher, please send a report to CRS support along with the key in question.
