Account Pages

Your Account Management can be reached from the main WWII Online page via the top menu on the right. Click "My Account" and input Username and Password.

Alternatively, you can use this direct link: Account management page. Again you will have to input Username and Password.

On the top you will have the following Headings:

Home

This page shows you the Subscription Options and which Subscription you are currently on.

Special Offers

Will show you the Special Offers that are available, for example Hero Plus - $49.00

Subscription

From here you can view your current WWII Online payment plan. This includes your plans terms, relevant bill dates and how you are currently paying for your subscription.

Profile

This information is used for billing and customer support purposes. Here you can see you Personal Information. From here you can also do the following:

  • Change Password
  • Review Subscription
  • Update the Payment Method
  • Manage Persona Decals (these would be seen by players on your Vehicles whilst in game).
  • Change Callsign (Gamename)

History

From here you can view your account history. Payments, credits, referrals, and password resets all show up here in the form of account events. Click on available transaction events to get more details about the transaction.
Also here you would see all your Bug Reports submitted in game.
