Your account management page can be reached from the main WW2OL page via the menu on the left-hand side. Open "Help & Account Info", then "Your account", then "Manage your account".
Your Account Management can be reached from the main WWII Online page via the top menu on the right. Click "My Account" and input Username and Password.
 
Alternatively, you can use this direct link: [http://account.wwiionline.com Account management page]. You will have to log in.
 
On these pages, you can change your profile (such as your email address), set your preferred language and WWII Online Newsletter subscriptions, change your billing cycles, or subscribe or unsubscribe from the game.

Some mail servers block mail generated by our system. This is most common at the time of account creation. Most of the information sent via email is also available in your Account pages.

If you have forgotten the password to your account, you can reset it on the main account site, located here: https://account.wwiionline.com/password/forgot
From here you can view your current WWII Online payment plan.
This includes your plans terms, relevant bill dates and how you are currently paying for your subscription.


You will be asked for a few pieces of information, then your password will be changed. The new password will be displayed on the page, and you will also receive an email.

A. If you find yourself with an invalid activation key, this could for example be caused by a misprint at the publisher, please send a report to CRS support along with the key in question.

Account Pages

This page shows you the Subscription Options and which Subscription you are currently on.

Special Offers

Will show you the Special Offers that are available, for example Hero Plus - $49.00
