Resetting your Password

If you have forgotten or misplaced your account password, you can reset it here: http://wwiionline.com/scripts/wwiionline/user/reset.jsps

You will need some information to verify that the account is yours:

One of the following:

• Account Member Name (or User Name). This is the name you use to login to the game or your account pages with,
• The account's Game Name. The name you have inside the game and forums, or
• Your CD/Activation Key.

And one of these:

• The last name on the account,
• The email address on the account, or
• The answer to the Hint Question, if you have provided an answer.

You can set a hint Question and Answer in your Account pages.

An email will be sent to the email address of record for the account with the new password.
