Also known as OIC or Brigade Officer.

To make sure that tactical and brigade commands can be performed even when there are no HC players on, the OIC system will allow non-HC players to be temporarily promoted to have use of those features.

OICs must be nominated

OIC officers have access to the High Command Control Panel and may issue Brigade Orders.

Once approved, Non-HC OICs remain in charge until they:

  • Resign,
  • Are Removed by and HC officer,
  • Change Brigades, or
  • Quit the game (or crash)
