Introduction
Tiers represent when equipment is introduced into the game. A tier roughly correspond to a year, so what the tiers roughly cover are below;
Tier 0- From the 10th may 1940 when the Germans launched Fall Gelb.
Tier 1-1941
Tier 2-1942
Tier 3- 1943 onwards.
Campaigns normally start in tier 0 and the length of the tiers can vary as it is set by CRS. However, a tier normally last 7 to 10 days before moving on to the next tier. Tier progression can be monitored by the .rdp command. This will give a % of tier progression. Once a new tier is reached they normally roll over automatically onto the next tier. The current exception to this is tier 3 which requires some manual changes from the game managers.
Tiers are reset back to tier 0 once a campaign is finished.
